Article Processing Charge (APC)

An Article Processing Charge (APC) of USD 100 is required only after a manuscript has been accepted for publication.

• No submission fee is charged
• No fees for peer review

Waiver and Discount Policy

Authors may apply for a waiver or discount:

• Requests may be submitted before submission or after acceptance
• A brief justification should be provided
• All applications will be evaluated in a fair and consistent manner

Payment

Payment instructions, including PayPal payment, will be provided after acceptance.
